You can cancel an order by sending us an email at info@goodyof.com mentioning the details of the order you wish to cancel. For cancellation of orders the following points are applicable:
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours: refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
- If you cancel an online order before we have shipped your items to you, we will issue a full refund.
- If you cancel an online order after we have shipped your items to you, the cancellation will be valid provided you send back to us the ordered items and we receive the items in their original undamaged condition. We will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and handling cost for having shipped the items to you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A refund is processed immediately at our end.
